Senior Site Logistics Operations Leader (Bahía Blanca)

PositionSenior Site Logistics Operations Leader About you and this roleYou will have overall responsibility and accountability for the plant logistics assets, personnel and achievement of the plant related business goals. The role delivers plant based business and administrative leadership to an empowered, work process driven, plant logistics organization. Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and support through daily actions, coaching and guidance to the plant logistics team and individuals
- Translates and communicates the business strategy and objectives to the plant personnel
- Provides coaching and expectations for the personnel participating in the plant goal and budget setting process
- Challenges teams and individuals to set, monitor and achieve goals aligned to the business and site strategies and goals
- Ensures implementation and ongoing effectiveness of general work processes, operating discipline, management systems, enabling technologies and roles
- Ensures necessary resources are in place to meet site logistics requirements and achieve the plant specific business goals
- Ensures that systems are in place to meet the customer requirements for packaging and shipping of products
- Provides administrative leadership and coaching to site logistics personnel

Qualifications
- Lead one or more teams of professionals and/or first-line leaders of operational support employees
- Have knowledge of the business operations of discipline and functional areas, demonstrating understanding of how teams work together to achieve operational objectives
- Guide and persuade others internally and externally to adopt a different point of view
- Identify technical and operational problems and recognize and understand broader impacts across multiple teams within discipline or functional area
- Set priorities and allocate resources to align with business objectives and execute plans
