Logistics Coordinator (Argerich)

Descripción de la vacante We are in need of an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to help oversee our fleet of vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping track of our drivers, taking calls from our customers, and contacting the nearest available driver to direct them to the customer. This is both a relationship management position as well as a dispatching position, so you must ensure our customers are satisfied with the speed of our service.Duties and Responsibilities- Take calls and service requests from customers- Contact the nearest or soonest available driver and direct them to the client- Log all service requests and dispatches- Ensure we are in compliance with all labor regulations- Ensure that all Integrated Logistics & Procurement services (ILP’s) and partnerships are notified of delays in the line-haul, canceled line-hauls, and accurate arrival time of the line-haul and pallets.
- Relay billing information to our invoicing departmentRequirements and Qualifications- Trucking experience, preferably in a high volume environment- Data entry skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, TMS, CRM and the like- Excellent communication skills- Committed and goal-oriented*Equipment Requirements:
- Intel i3 or i5 processor or Mac equivalent- internet speed must be at least 50 mbps- noise-cancelling headsetExperience:
- Supply chain: 2 years (preferred)- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)- Dispatching Packages and Drivers: 2 years (preferred)- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)Language:
