Key Responsibilities – HR & Admin Specialist
- Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws, unions, and BPO regulations
- Liaise with social security offices, labor law authorities, and governmental entities
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases with high accuracy
- Support general HR and administrative functions as needed Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- +2 years of proven experience in personnel and payroll (minimum 70% of role focus)
- Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures
- Previous experience in the BPO industry is a must
- Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities is a must
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- English proficiency: Full Professional
- Spanish Proficiency: Native (C2)
