Sr. Paid Media Specialist/Analyst (Avellaneda)

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven performance specialist to join our team.
Profile
The adecuado candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving the performance of our online marketing and advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
The Paid Media Specialist and the Paid Media Analyst will use analytics and tracking tools, conduct tests and experiments, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the efficiency and impact of our Digital Marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop digital Marketing strategies from a technical point of view aligned with stated objectives.
Manage data related to the marketing plan and strategy.
Set up campaigns defined in the strategy, in different organic or paid media.
Connect multiple analytics platforms into a single report for each campaign in Data Studio (Looker), Power BI or Tableau.
Work in a dynamic environment with international clients and high volume of campaigns.
Requirements
Specialist: Working experience of +5 years (exclusive), implementing digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Analyst: Graduates in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar (exclusive).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Analytical, decisive and autonomous profile.
Advanced Excel skills.
Extensive working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio (Looker).
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
Advanced level of English.
Knowledge of SEO.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence Software such as QlikView or Tableau (plus).
Knowledge of a keyword research tool such as Semrush, Ubersuggest or SE Ranking.
Understanding of common web technologies (SQL, Python, JS, PHP).
