We're growing quickly and seeking a Recruiting Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding exceptional talent. This is a full-time, offshore position supporting our People Operations and Talent Acquisition team.

Overview The Recruiting Associate will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates across multiple functions and geographies. This individual will manage high-volume pipelines, coordinate candidate communications, and ensure a seamless recruiting experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Manage and track candidates through the ATS, ensuring accurate records and consistent communication.
- Partner with the People Operations team to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
