CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED (100% REMOTE) Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

What You Will Do:
- Communicate & Advise: Act as the primary point of contact for startup founders, helping them navigate and resolve operational challenges.
- Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI platforms (like ChatGPT or Claude) to draft highly professional emails, optimize your daily workflows, and synthesize information quickly.
- Drive Results: Manage your own pipeline and work on specific \"Rocks\" (clear, measurable goals) every day so you always know you are succeeding.
